Is Grafikarta free to try?
New accounts get 5 free credits, no card required. After that you can top up pay-as-you-go or subscribe for a monthly credit allowance. See the pricing section above for current plans.
How much does each image cost?
One credit per image. Generate four variants in one go and you'll spend four credits. If a generation fails, that credit goes straight back to your balance.
Do I have to subscribe?
No. Buy credits pay-as-you-go and use them whenever. Credits last 12 months. Subscriptions exist for higher-volume users who want a monthly allowance, but they're optional.
What languages does Grafikarta work in?
Prompts can be written in a wide range of languages: English, Russian, Spanish, Portuguese, German, French, Italian, Japanese, Mandarin, Korean, Hindi and others. In-image text renders in the same languages.
What marketplaces does Grafikarta support?
Grafikarta generates product images and adverts tuned for Amazon, Kaspi, Wildberries and other major marketplaces. Each platform has its own image rules, and the AI formats outputs to match.
How does AI image generation work?
Upload your product photo and add a few details. The AI analyses the product, generates backgrounds, on-image copy and layouts, and outputs marketplace-ready images in seconds.
What image formats are supported?
You can upload product images in JPEG, PNG and WebP. Generated images are delivered as high-resolution JPEG and PNG, ready to upload to your marketplace.
How long does a generation take?
Most generations finish in under 30 seconds. Complex virtual-studio scenes may take a little longer, but typically resolve within a minute.
Do I need design skills?
No. Grafikarta is built for sellers and marketers, not designers. Upload a product photo, pick your marketplace, let the AI handle the creative work.
